We went in to have them change and mount some old tires we brought in which took an hour and 30 mins which if anybody knows how to actually change tires and mount them… It doesn’t take that long. Anyways we went about it and the tech actually broke a stud for the hub cap and “forgot” to tell the sales advisor or anybody for that fact until my husband realized 4 days later what had happened and REFUSED to do anything about it to make it right even though the tech admitted to breaking it on our phone call when asked about it.

I was helped promptly and was not pushed towards anything specific. It was all with great customer service and the time they took to replace the tire was quick considering they had to pick the tire up. I would recommend.
