Omar was great! He provided me with excellent customer service and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was good and to make sure that he was dropping off the car at the right spot when I was dropping it off at Carmax.

I had to write a review because this was the best towing experience I've ever had. Mohammed was extremely dedicated and committed to finding a solution. He went above and beyond, spending 30+ minutes trying to jump my vehicle to get it out of my parking garage, researching information for the particulars of my vehicle. In the Texas July heat, no less. World class skill and customer service, I so appreciate the help! Thank you!

I called a bunch of towing places, and A Best Towing had the best price!!! Mr. Omar was quick to give me a quote over the phone, and my truck was picked up that same day within 30 mins! Completely recommend them because the service was fast, good pricing, and Mr. Omar was friendly!

Omar is literally the best! He has the best customer service and explained everything that could happen with my car in the ditch. He took his time and made sure my car got out without a scratch!! I drove it home and the tires were perfect
