via Google We had our old gas water heater replaced with an electric heat pump water heater, and the service was excellent from start to finish. They answered all our questions, helped us understand the efficiency benefits, and completed a clean, professional install. Very happy with the results. They went the extra mile by letting me know if income qualifies there may be additional rebates besides the utilities. Was able to save more $. Could be a bit more efficient since they made several trips for photos, but was required by utility company for the rebate.

A.A. Buttvia Google I wondered how so many clients would give this company a five star and was not sure if I give our water heater replacement job to them or now. Well, I am so glad I did. From quotation to final payment, all went so good. The company also helped with all the paper work for SMUD and CA Tech Clean.
Special shout out to Vasiliy for managing the project well, and technician Alex and his dad for a wonderful job in replacing the 25 year old gas water heater to heat pump water heater.

Petervia Google I wanted to have a Bosch IDP Premium installed before the tax credits disappeared, so I contacted all of the major Bosch-approved installers around Sacramento to get quotes. I'm fairly well versed in heat pumps and the basics of HVAC systems, and I knew what I wanted out of a contractor/company, so I let them lead and ask questions to see how much they knew and if they were going to do things right.
Vasiliy with A Cool Air immediately stood out because he was THE ONLY person who asked to get access to my tiny crawlspace to inspect my ducting, and one of two who noted the return duct sizing being far too small for the existing 4 ton unit. Everyone else, all the 5 star rated big companies, just came out and gave me a quote to swap like for like, whether or not it would run efficiently.
Not only that, but A Cool Air came back with extremely fair pricing, no joke, HALF of what some of the big companies asked for the exact same unit. We're talking 10K+ in savings, and with better services at that. Vasiliy was always awesome with answering all of my questions, and made all of the adjustments I asked for. Alex, who installed the unit, was great, too. I highly recommend A Cool Air for any of your HVAC needs!

Gene Kozlovevia Google A Cool Air guys were tremendous help to us. Previously they serviced our system, and it worked very well. Few years later, just about now, the old 20+ year old unit finally had its last breath. The internal coil leaked, and they were able to pinpoint to the exact problem. They gave us a couple options repairing, which was costly, or replacing the whole system. After comparing quotes, we decided to have them replace the whole HVAC system. I’m so grateful that there are still companies around here that you could trust them. they told us clearly what they will do, and then did it exactly what they promised to do. A+! Thanks again!

Brian Caylorvia Google Excellent service. We had them install a new roof unit 5 years ago, and on a hot, August Sunday the blower motor went out. I called to leave a message, as they were closed, and was extremely surprised when they texted back very quickly to setup an appointment.
The came first thing the next morning. Fortunately, the part was still under warranty. Once they got the part in, it was quickly replaced.
Courteous service, very communicative, and great to work with.
