Max S came out to our place this arvo to fix our stovetop and a leak in the laundry. He was very approachable, professional, and thorough. He even educated me on our gas and hot water system, which was great as I have not had a gas system before. I would highly recommend his services.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding – Above and Beyond in Every Way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly cannot recommend OG Max from A Grade P&G highly enough! From the moment they arrived, it was clear I was dealing with a true professional who takes immense pride in their work. They flawlessly installed our freestanding oven and bathroom taps with incredible attention to detail—everything is perfectly fitted, rock solid, and working beautifully. What really set them apart, though, was their expertise and honesty. While on site, they took the time to thoroughly inspect previous plumbing work and quickly identified several issues left behind by the former plumbers. Not only did they clearly explain what was wrong (in a way that actually made sense!), but they also offered practical advice on how to address it going forward. No upselling, no scare tactics—just genuine, expert guidance. It was such a relief to finally have someone competent, meticulous, and trustworthy. The work area was left spotless, the job was completed efficiently, and the whole experience was completely stress-free. This is the kind of tradesperson you hope to find but rarely do. If you’re looking for a plumber who is skilled, reliable, honest, and truly goes the extra mile, look no further. Five stars doesn’t even feel like enough—this was exceptional service from start to finish! 🌟🔥🔧

Had a gas leak after moving the oven for a quick clean. Noticed the sound and smell straight away. Had another mob come out and they were trying to upsell memberships and offered entire system change to the gas stating that copper pipes could not be used for gas. Not to namedrop the other mob but it rhymes with gallon. Got scared and i called agrade for a second opinion. A grade was Quick. Efficient. Max was diligent and straightforward. Price was reasonable as well for the quality of the work. Would highly recommend.

We had our real estate organise agrade plumbing to come and have a look at something at our rental. They were fabulous, the plumber we had, Max S, was great! He was very friendly and explained what was happening and why, which was super helpful. Very quick and easy with no hassles. Would definitely recommend !
