Max S came out to our place this arvo to fix our stovetop and a leak in the laundry. He was very approachable, professional, and thorough. He even educated me on our gas and hot water system, which was great as I have not had a gas system before. I would highly recommend his services.

Had a gas leak after moving the oven for a quick clean. Noticed the sound and smell straight away. Had another mob come out and they were trying to upsell memberships and offered entire system change to the gas stating that copper pipes could not be used for gas. Not to namedrop the other mob but it rhymes with gallon. Got scared and i called agrade for a second opinion. A grade was Quick. Efficient. Max was diligent and straightforward. Price was reasonable as well for the quality of the work. Would highly recommend.
We had our real estate organise agrade plumbing to come and have a look at something at our rental. They were fabulous, the plumber we had, Max S, was great!
