Healers Hand and Nest offers the best prenatal and postpartum massages in the Madison area — truly unmatched. I’ve seen Nicole through both of my pregnancies and postpartum journeys, and she is absolutely phenomenal. The difference in the quality of care is unmistakable. Their team understands exactly how and where the body holds tension, stress, and discomfort during pregnancy and recovery. Every session feels intentional, knowledgeable, and deeply restorative. I’ve tried several other prenatal massage options in Madison, and none even come close. During my first pregnancy, I struggled with back pain and sciatica. For my second, I scheduled monthly massages — and the change was incredible. I experienced almost no pain the entire pregnancy. If you’re expecting or recovering postpartum, this place is a game-changer.

Ericka has such a nurturing, intuitive touch — she explained everything clearly, made me feel completely comfortable, and worked with such intention. I have had a few pregnancy massage sessions and I have to say….I always feel my best after a visit here…I don’t think I’d be in as good of shape without these appointments… First off, the people are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very clean and inviting. My particular room has always been relaxing and spotless. My treatments have always been thorough and I always feel like it is extremely professional. I haven’t always felt like massages were done by a “professional” in the past. So, I would HIGHLY recommend them to EVERYONE.
