This office sells unreliable car insurance because the staff generally doesn't help with claims when needed. Therefore, I don't recommend the public buy car insurance from Amax offices because they don't respond to accidents and make many excuses not to pay claims.

I called to pay my insurance and the lady on the phone was super rude and had a tone that basically meant she did not want to talk to me. I’m not sure what I did besides say “hello” and “I would like to pay my insurance” but y’all really need to think about who you hire.
