Hector and Jackson were great. Within 24 hours I was in and out with a free inspection and diagnosis. Luckily, the problem was not my transmission. The men were honest about it and sent me to a general repair shop were the issue was resolved for several hundred dollars. This is the second time I've taken a car to A Plus and definitely would recommend!

I recently had an issue with the knob on my transmission lever — it would sometimes lock up, preventing me from shifting the car into Drive or Reverse. I brought my car to A+ Transmission, where Hector and Jackson were very helpful throughout the process. Jackson quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty brake light switch. He guided me on where to get the replacement part (O’Reilly or AutoZone) and even provided the manufacturer part number over the phone. Once I got the part, Jackson installed it right away, and the issue was completely fixed. Their professionalism, clear communication, and genuine willingness to help really stands out. I truly appreciate their expertise and friendly customer service — I highly recommend A+ Transmission to anyone looking for skilled, reliable and trustworthy service.
Jackson was amazing and explained the whole process to me on the repair of my truck, he was kind and even took time to just chat and listen to my concerns. He explained what parts were needed and where they get parts from, which was a well known aftermarket solution for my transmission. They send pics of your transmission and recommend what components need replaced. Communication was outstanding and they only had my truck for a couple of days and I got a total new transmission. Truck feels better than new now and I highly recommend A Plus for your transmission issues. Thanks for being straightforward and honest on my repair.
