Horrible place. Pulled up for the oil change after lunch was two cars there. Young man greeted me and pulled me in someone dropped his lunch off he was eating. No biggie. He was great. Gave me the paper to fill out. One of the mechanics was finishing the car next to me. The other mechanic pulled in another car and took care of them before me. Only slightly irritated. The other mechanic finally greeted me. You want an oil change is all he said Fumbled around with my hood. Gave the people in the bay next to me the paper to fill out and the ones now in the 3rd bay the same form. Come walking up to me and with a clipboard. I handed him the clipboard the younger gentleman had handed me. He looked at me and said sarcastically you knew I was looking for that. I said well I didn’t. The younger gentleman had scratched out the address since I was already in the system. The older guy handed it back to me snap said fill it all out and proceeded to walk off. I said No your guy scratched that out. I was so pissed off told him get your stick out of my hood and drop my hood so I can leave. He didn’t guide me out just turned and walked off. So very unprofessional and rude. Horrible little man.

Fast. Friendly. Never a wait at 5:30pm. Pull in and sit in your vehicle while you get your oil change. They offer additional services but didn't try to up sell me on things I didn't need. Love, love, love this place! Highly recommend! Get $25 off coupon when you sign up for text messages.

I had a very good experience when I visited Take 5. Felix was my primary helper and he helped tremendously. I had a maintenence required alert, so I took my car to Take 5. I had my oil changed recently so they didn't charge me for that. They checked my coolant and explained why I would need a coolant flush. I'm grateful because Felix told me a lot about my car in a way that made sense, and he didn't overcharge me for the service they did. It was quick and I left with more knowledge on taking care of my car. All tens across the board.

I came in with over an hour of free time, fully expecting the usual 30 to 45 minute wait at Take 5. This is normally my go-to spot, but no one told me there would be a long wait or that they were short staffed. I was simply told to wait behind the one car ahead of me. I would have been completely fine waiting if someone had just communicated that upfront. After sitting for over an hour with zero updates, I was finally directed into the stall, and the worker immediately walked to another car without saying a word or acknowledging me. I eventually had to leave for an appointment, and when I said so, no one responded. They just gave me a thumbs up and even forgot to close my hood. Zero out of ten experience.

The wait was reasonable staff was not personable but polite ask for just an oil change. The three stars is for dishonest salesmanship. Was told I needed a coolant flush which by there standards maybe I did. According to the manufacturers recommended schedule my coolant had plenty of life. Personally I would recommend this shop if you have time to schedule with a reputable shop or dealer. However if you need an oil change because you waited to long they are sufficient with a decent wait time. Edit. After returning home I noticed my undercarriage cover wasn't screwed in. Due to the lack of common sense of putting the screws back in i do not recommended this shop. Rookie level mistake.
