After waiting 20+ minutes in line for an oil change, a car that waited less than half the time as me was moved to an opening bay despite me being there first. I told the worker I was there first, so why would I have to wait longer? He told me his manager said that that is the way it’s going to work. I’ve never known a manager to operate this way. Horrible experience.

I love using this location of Take 5. They have the best customer service. Everyone is always efficient, communicative and very friendly, always using manners and attending to all the needs without being too pushy. I rarely enjoy getting my oil changed but this group makes it an enjoyable experience.
