I went into this experience not fully knowing what to expect…only knowing that I was at a point in my life where surface level healing wasn’t enough anymore. From the moment I walked in, I felt safe, seen, and supported in a way I didn’t even realize I had been missing. The session allowed me to drop out of my mind and into my body. Emotions I’ve been holding onto for years surfaced naturally, without force. It was raw, uncomfortable at times, but incredibly grounding and releasing. I felt my body respond before my words ever could. What stood out most was how intentional and present the space felt. Nothing was rushed. I wasn’t “fixed”…I was guided, held, and allowed to meet myself exactly where I am. That alone was healing. I’m deeply grateful for this space and the work being offered here. I know this is just the beginning of my journey, and I’m really looking forward to continuing it.

Today I had the most amazing experience that I have EVER had. Breathwork at Sacred Sanctuary followed by the most amazing sound bath I've ever been to. Traci and Tim are amazing. I recommend this experience to anyone. Look it up if you're curious and come here to experience it. Thank you both so much for this. I will definitely be back.

🔆 Summer Solstice Retreat – A Day I’ll Never Forget 🔆 I came into this experience simply saying yes to healing… and what met me was far beyond anything I expected. From the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by powerful, grounded women and an atmosphere of pure intention. I surrendered fully to each part of the day, and in return, I was gifted deep transformation. Equine therapy was soul-stirring. Being face-to-face with the most intuitive, healing horses cracked open something in me I didn’t even know needed so much love & light. The cold plunge pushed me to my edge in the most empowering way. Five full minutes of breath, bravery, and surrender. I let my body speak, let my tears rise, and walked through fear with grace. After that? I felt like I could do ANYTHING !!! Sound bath + stillness allowed frequencies to move through me and clear out what no longer belonged. The silence felt like medicine. Every detail of the day from the energy to the community to the nourishing meal from Alchemy was intentional, loving, and deeply healing. I didn’t take many pictures because I truly wanted to be in the moment fully present. I’m so glad I was. If you’re even thinking about attending healing this is your sign. Say yes to healing. It will meet you in the most beautiful ways.

I had the honor of experiencing a plant ceremony with Traci, and words can’t fully express the deep love and support I felt throughout the session. From the very beginning, I felt completely held and guided. Even when I didn’t know how to ask for support, Traci intuitively knew exactly when and how to step in. Although I started the ceremony unsure of my intention, she helped me. I’m genuinely grateful for this experience. It opened a powerful space for me to look inward and connect with myself on a deeper level. Love her !
