I am a long time customer and lover of A. Schaub, Elliot always has a great Beale St. welcome for me as does this timeless store! Enjoy your espresso and ice cream as you buy memorabilia for yourself, family, and friends.

Iconic store - a true Memphis institution! Best place to browse, great selection of hats & clothing. Upstairs, there’s a small museum that takes you on a time-travel journey through the store’s history - super charming! Perfect spot for souvenirs & old-school candy. Some say 'it's not the same anymore' - and sure, things change. But I still love coming here & always find a little something. One of my favorite stops in Memphis!

This store stocks about everything you could possibly imagine. Visiting this place is like stepping into a time machine that has taken you back to the 1950's or 1960's. It was a lot of fun looking around. And, I was able to find a couple of items that I'v been looking for a long time.

Lovely old shop and soda bar dating back to 1879 and still owned by the same family. Well worth a visit for souvenirs, t-shirts and the like, also musical instruments and Hoodoo. Lots of information about local history and music too. But the soda bar is wonderful - best milkshakes ever. Don’t miss this place if you visit Memphis,

I thought this was the coolest shop on Beale st. There is a lot to look at. There is an old school soda and ice cream fountain on one end of the bar and alcohol being served on the other. The Elvis shake (vanilla ice cream, peanut butter, and banana was really good) but be prepared to just drink it. The straw doesn’t really work. I got mine malted, and the shake was about $7 for a 12-16 oz shake. Good value, cute store for the whole family
