Last night our entire basement unit lost power suddenly, while the upstairs unit still had electricity. After getting nowhere with the utility company and feeling pretty panicked, we called the emergency line for A to Z Electric and were connected with Ron, who was an absolute lifesaver. He immediately began helping us over the phone, calmly walking me through what to look for and staying incredibly patient while I tried to find the things he was describing. He responded quickly, was professional, and clearly knew exactly what to check. He ultimately identified an outside service disconnect breaker that had tripped — something we didn’t even know existed — and safely restored our power. He also took the time to explain what happened and what to watch for going forward, which was incredibly reassuring. It’s rare to find someone who is not only technically excellent but also kind and patient when you’re stressed and scared. I would recommend Ron without hesitation and will absolutely be calling A to Z Electric again for any future electrical needs.
