I had or tried to have 3 things looked and fixed and finally gave up. I don't need the lecturing and the arrogant and condescending treatment from this business owner. (I was always respectful, paid with cash on the spot, higher prices than the estimate, etc. - did nothing to deserve it.) I'd drive a 100 miles to OC to have my gear fixed rather than dealing with such "customer service"

David helped me tremendously. I have a long out of warranty malfunctioning GoldenEar Triton 2+. Before bringing in the speaker for repair, David convinced me to contact GoldenEar. GoldenEar offered to fix my issue at no cost. Without David’s advice, which ultimately lost him a little business, I would have spent hundreds on this speaker repair. David is extremely knowledgeable and completed rebuild of a pair Paradigm Seismic 10 subwoofers on time and at quoted cost (very reasonable). Both Plate Amps/power supplies, both spiders and a voice coil repair. I have been running them now for about a month and both are performing flawlessly! If you’re invested in your equipment and want your stuff to perform like new-David is the guy! Thank you David!
