A1 Party & Tent Rentals – NYC

Friendly Staff. Could use better communication. Not ideal company if you have an event over the weekend. They only do Friday and Monday pick up with an additional charge of $590 for weekend services. Which made the process really difficult. I can imagine it being a lot smoothers during the week day. The delivery window is also 8am-6pm which is an extremely difficult range during the week if you work. They also charge extra if you want a specific drop off time. We were also charged an additional $75 to reschedule the pick up after the driver showed up to the event space at 8am on Monday with no notice, although we were told they'd call us when they were on their way. Again, I can imagine having a smoother experience if you have open availability for the drop off and pick up or hosting your event during the week.

Rented a tent, tables and chairs from AAA Party Rentals and we're are so pleased with their service. From the start, Karen and Mike in the office were pleasant to deal with answering any questions we had. The tent setup crew was professional and courteous. I rented tents and lights in the past from another company (will not name) which arrived dirty. We had a different amazing experience with AAA Party Rental. Everything arrived pristine white and clean. Look no more if you need a tent. Thesr are the people you should call.

This was the first time I needed to rent tables, chairs and coat hanging racks for our School event. Shay has been very helpful and easy to work with. Delivery and pick up were smooth and all went well. They actually brought a few more pieces than what I asked for and that also was helpful as we got more guests than anticipated!

I totally recommend A1 Party & Tent Rental! I rented chairs, tables, and tablecloths for my wedding, and everything was perfect. The reservation process was super easy, and the service was amazing. I threw a little fundraiser this past weekend, and was very stressed since my original rental company had cancelled on me with a day to spare. I saw A1 and figured I would give them a call. Sam was super helpful. He told me there was nothing to worry about and he would make sure that the event was a success. The team was very communicative and helpful and we were even able to make some last minute adjustments for things that we needed. Cant wait to use A1 for any events I host in the future. I recommend using them for any of your rental needs.
