This establishment has the best customer service I have ever received at any location, and not just auto shops. They stand by their work and most importantly by their word. I hope I don't need to use them again but if I need any transmission work done in the future, this is the only place that I would go. I would recommend this shop to anyone having transmission issues.

I took my vehicle in for a drain and fill. I received a call stating that I needed to replace my transmission for $3600. I paid for the drain and fill and left. Fast forward 8 months and my vehicle started making noise and my thought was "well I guess it is finally going out". NO...took to another shop and was informed that the mount was gone and was the reason for the original complaint that I took here for. Mechanic also let me know that the drain and fill was never done because there were no tools marks showing that the transmission plate had been taken off. So not only did they lie about me needing a new transmission but they didn't perform the work I paid for. AND possibly knew it was only a mount. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

They shot me strait, gave me a good price to replace my transmission and had it fixed before the date they told me it would be done. I drove from Texas to Washington State through the mountain passes and my truck is driving better than EVER. What a GREAT experience..... I highly recommend you do business with this company.
