I rented 32 white chairs and 4 white tables from ABC rental on December 5, 2025 for my daughters engagement party on Dec. 6th. When the chairs arrived the legs of the chairs were so filthy my husband had to order chair covers. The tables had tape around them and they were not in good shape. I immediately called the store to complain and spoke to Chris. He said it's always a problem with you so what do you want me to do about the chairs? I said what can you do? He immediately began to accuse me of being a problem customer. Mind you I have been a customer at ABC rental when they was located on Franford Ave. Chris told me he put a note in the system from 15yrs ago or more of an incident when I rented some chairs. I don't know if I read the website wrong or the person was late opening the store. But at any rate when I was returning the chairs, the store didn't open the time I thought it was going to open, I had to go to work, so I put the chairs under the SECURED gate. The next time I used ABC after that was during Covid maybe 2021....I rented 1 round table and the table was not steady it rocked from side to side. I complained about it to Chris and he put that note in the system too. So fast forward to my current rental of 32 white chairs and 4 round tables. When it was time to return the products I asked for a refund of the chair covers we had to rent. Again this was NOT a backyard cookout. It was my daughter's engagement party. He agreed but said he wanted the chair covers. I asked my husband to take them up to ABC rental because I knew he was not going to speak to my husband the way he spoke to me. Even though he refunded our money, this post is about him instantly accusing me of being the problem and Chris not taken accountability for how his tables and chairs look. Hopefully this review will help him do better because a picture os worth a thousand words. He need to get NEW chairs and tables to rent. See the pictures below and remember this was for my daughter's ENGAGEMENT party not a backyard cookout and I digress.

The product was just what I wanted. They were study and lightweight. The rental process was easy, convenient and friendly. I was completely satisfied with ABC Rental (Holabird).

The best of the best! They are always instock yet booked and busy! The guys are truly a pleasure to work with. I’ve been using for atleast 2 years now 😊🙏 This event I rented Hightops for this outdoor pool party.

These guys were great when it came to filling up my 20lb propane tank. If you need an exempted non-OFD tank filled, this is the spot for you.
