I rented a cotton candy machine for the weekend but I told them in advance that I accidentally ordered too much sugar before I bought the machine but they did not take it back. I think this is not good for customer satisfaction because I told them before I left your place.

I recently used ABC rentals for a party rental, and the experience was outstanding. The entire process, from booking to delivery, was seamless and professional. The rental items, including Tent setups, tables, chairs, dishes were in excellent condition and added a touch of elegance to the event. The team was punctual, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up perfectly. Their customer service was exceptional, promptly addressing all my questions and concerns. The quality of the rentals and the efficiency of the service made my party a huge success. I highly recommend ABC rentals Cambridge for any event needs.

ABC Rentals was wonderful to work with for our wedding. They were easy to coordinate with and did well to make accommodations to our requests. Their setup and take down of the event was seamless. Other than the lady working at reception, I would highly recommend ABC Rentals' services.

Had no issues with ABC/John. He was accommodating to all the changes we made in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Everything came timely and in great condition. We rented our table cloths, napkins, cutlery, plates, charger plates and our tables looked beautiful. Thanks!
