Most important they rearranged a schedule to get to us before an out-of-town trip and use Orkin chemicals, certified safe for humans and pets by the EPA. Margaret was knowledgeable, quick, and very helpful about all aspects of pest control. I was surprised that they were also the lowest bid and offered more options than other companies.
