Abigail helped me out a little over a decade ago when I was at my lowest. She led me towards greater happiness, and helped mitigate one of my most traumatizing conditions. I leveraged her support again about 4 years ago while I was in a different set of struggles, and it brought me to a brighter place. Now I am in a position of needing to make some incredibly positive changes, and there's no one I would trust more to help me achieve what she has helped me understand is possible. She teaches lessons of caring for myself in ways that really resonate. When I think of typical support for mental health, it's so sterile and disconnected. But with Abigail, I feel like I'm more in tune with the world instead of alone in my own head. I see myself as part of a greater whole, and feel inspired to connect with both myself and my loved ones in meaningful ways. She doesn't hide her humanity to help those under her care, but lets it shine forth and inspire. I highly recommend those in need of guidance and support to connect with Abigail.
