Above All Air has been to my house six times in the past two years and my heat still doesn’t work. In addition, they charged me every time they came. I have paid over $2,000 and not only doesn’t the heat work, but now the AC sometimes turns off before it reaches the set temperature. They have replaced the thermostat twice and charged me for it both times. Then they replaced a circuit breaker. The only reason I kept calling them back is because I thought, silly me, that at least they wouldn’t charge me for the call since they didn’t fix it the last time they were here so now I’m just giving up and finding a new company. If I have to pay anyway, I might as well pay somebody who will hopefully fix the problem. The technicians, however, were all very nice.

Above All Air Heating and Cooling LLC delivered excellent service when my HVAC system suddenly stopped working over the weekend. The technician quickly diagnosed that the breaker couldn’t support the system’s power needs, replaced it, adjusted the wiring, and had everything running again in under 30 minutes. He was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. As a bonus, he even shared some great local spots to check out, which added a personal touch to the experience.

From the beginning they got to work quickly diagnosing the issue & replacing 2 circuit breakers that were causing the issues. Both father & sons were very friendly and easy to talk to. They never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. They made some honest recommendations to prevent any issues in the future. Most of all Their pricing was very fair for the work they completed. I would definitely do business with them again. It was an awesome overall experience in dealing with a small honest straight forward business that’s putting customers first. Looking forward to them replacing my unit in the near future.

Logan, George, and Jamie worked together to do a total revamp for us, we got all new air ducts and a/c unit which was a huge job but they handled it like it was just another day. Super professional, super knowledgeable in their trade and I would highly recommend them to anyone! The air in our home is so great. Hollie on the phone was also awesome, she helped us book everything and was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would work with them again for any job big or small!
