We appreciated the size and comfort of the facility and the super friendly and flexible staff. They showed a lot of love to my senior cat and we were able to a mix of in house and external lab work for a relatively accessible price. Grateful!
Last set of puppy shots for Maddie Rose with Dr. Stowe and Tiffany on 10/22/25. Always fabulous, informative experience when I go there. From front office staff to, vet techs, and vets, wonderful experience where everyone loves on your pet! I’ve never been so impressed by any vet practice before!
First time coming here and all the vets/staff were very helpful in solving some urinary issues with our baby cat. Reasonable pricing especially with the Thrive Pet membership that they offer. They even put our anxious boy in a little cat burrito :)
Dr. Merrill, and all the staff I have worked with this year at the clinic have been so kind to me and extremely caring to my furbabies. This latter point cannot be stressed and appreciated enough! Due to age and illness, I’ve had to say goodbye to two of my precious felines in the last 3 months. Most recently was this last Friday. Dr. Merrill explained each step, each phase and how my cat should respond during each. She asked questions to ensure my level of comfort, and answered my questions. What I makes her so marvelous at her job - she provided “time” and some space to let me breathe a moment. There was no rushing this loved one’s last few moments on earth. Another point I love about this place is there is longevity in the staff. They know my cats. They met them when I first brought each to the clinic, whether 15 years ago or 4. The staff knows the other cats in the family and ask about them too with each visit. These people are an extended family for us (my 2 remaining cats and I) I will forever be grateful.
The Vet and Technicians were so nice and helpful. They were very happy to answer any questions that I kight have had. I didn't feel like I was being pressured to purchase extra tests or products like other corporate vet clinics sometimes do.
