Arel is the best!! He was super incredibly helpful and accommodating when I went. He was honest about what my car needed and when it needed it, which was really helpful considering it is a new car for me. He was recommended by a friend and I definitely understand why! I walked into this mechanic shop as a new customer needing help with my car. I waited respectfully for the customer before me to finish. After he left, I stood waiting for the staff member to acknowledge me even a simple “Just a moment” or “How can I help you?” would’ve been enough. Instead, I was looked at with a face full of visible contempt, like I didn’t belong. I said politely, “Can I ask something?” and was completely ignored. No words, no eye contact, no explanation. Just silence and cold dismissal. He looked straight at me and walked away while I was still standing there. I have never been to this place before, and I came in genuinely hoping to get help. But I walked out feeling invisible, disrespected, and hurt simply for showing up as a Black woman and a migrant woman. Whether intentional or not, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. No customer should be treated like they’re less than human. If I don’t speak up, someone else will face the same. Respect is free and it’s the bare minimum

Friendly staff, but poor workmanship. • Had to redo the engine oil after 2 000 km; full‑synthetic fixed the rough shifts, so a cheaper blend was likely used. • Found more than 4 L of heavy stained ATF (after 3,500 km) in a gearbox that needs 3.2 L—wrong spec and over‑filled.

Always have fantastic experiences here with Arel. I had both of my cars serviced here and he was able to show me where the problems are so quickly which showcases his extensive knowledge of the vehicles. I love his honesty and never overcharged me for the things that’s unnecessary. The price was beautiful and within reason. Also he loves small talks and was genuinely making good connections with the customers just like the friendly uncle from the family. 10/10 recommended you will not disappoint.
