My son just started and everyone has been so inviting! Frank the owner is the best! My son gets a great workout and is excited to come to the next class! He's 14 and naturally athletic and though its beginner friendly its also a challenge for him. I would absolutely recommend this place!

We signed up a month ago and my son LOVES it so much! The energy of the instructor and overall environment is GREAT. He is currently in the Kids Muay Thai class and we’re really considering the boxing class. The owner is AWESOME and very kind. So glad we found this place!

Awesome place to train. I saw everyone from beginners and people there for fitness, to crazy mother f$#Q@%s training to fight in cages (it seemed like they were at least). Just depends on which class you go to. Super friendly people. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I was fit, and I lost 15 lbs after a couple months of training. Clean too.
