Spoke with Amy; she was so helpful; She was able to give me a quote over the phone and schedule my fumigation in under 15 minutes. So far I am very pleased and will leave another review after the entire process is completed. Working with & supporting local business is the way to go!

AVOID this company at ALL COST! I have been waiting for a call back from Kylie, the receptionist for almost a week & have yet to receive a call. I have called many times and was told 4+ times that I would receive a call back regarding my billing issue but I’m still waiting. They incorrectly charged me & have been hesitant to correct the issue. Their costumer service is awful. The guys that come out are great, scheduling is fine, but if you have a larger issue, they are useless & it is quite frustrating!!! The multiple times I asked to speak with a manager the response was “they are away.” It all feels so sketchy!! Avoid Absolute Termite & Pest Control if you’d like to keep your peace of mind.

They offer a great service. As part of my Condo building’s quarterly service, while they are servicing the building, individual units could request service at owner’s cost. Scheduling an appointment was seamless. The technician was early from my appointment time. He was very professional and told me what was included in the service. I’m happy with the treatment and hope that it keeps the pests away. I’d recommend this company for pest control services.

My first interaction with this company I had accidentally called because I clicked on their ad instead of the Orkin phone number on Google, with whom I had services prior. The girl who answered had pitched me and said maybe we can offer you a competitive price, I checked back and they did. It also worked to Absolute's advantage that the sales rep from Orkin said something racist like "you want professionals from an established mainland company coming to your house in uniform or local people in shorts and flip flops." Pilau, obviously now I'm definitely going with Absolute (and they have never come to my house looking unprofessional). The staff is always super helpful, very friendly, and super accommodating. They're cheaper than Orkin too! Support local.
