I have been concerned about bugs in our building. Chris from Aloha Termite and Pest was a great help to me. He was very professional and helpful in answering ALL my questions! It’s a great reflection to his company. He also was training another new employee, Dallas and did a great job. I highly recommend him and this company!

Glen is the dude. He’s so awesome. I’m so glad he is able to service our home. He provides exceptional service. From notifying us when he’s on the way to how thorough he is with making sure we never see a critter. Glen is so exceptional that we would be hard pressed to go anywhere else. We are so grateful to him and the work he does with Aloha Termite.

Noah was very courteous, friendly, informative, and personable. He assessed our needs and provided suggestions for possible solutions to our fly and rodent issues while providing products to try as well. Eddie came out for our first spray treatment along with another technician, and they both did an excellent job from start to finish. I walked them through the property and pointed out the areas where we were having issues. Eddie listened carefully, and both technicians were patient, professional, and thorough in explaining what could be done to address each concern. Their calm and respectful approach really put me at ease. After completing the service, they left a very detailed report outlining exactly what was treated, what products were used, and the steps taken. It was clear, organized, and gave me confidence that everything was handled properly. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service. The communication, attention to detail, and level of care were outstanding. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable pest control.

Michael and eddie were very courteous & respectful. They called ahead to give me time they would arrive & they arrived at that time. Explained what they were doing. Made sure I understood where and what they did. They were careful around areas where we had plants, etc. Also made sure to not disrupt a nesting bird in our patio area. They made sure any questions I had were answered & advised me what to expect over next few days after treatment. Gave me a timeliness for next visit. Great experience.
