ADC catered our company’s 2 day Christmas Luncheon and they were beyond amazing. Not only was the food impeccable, but the amount of detail and dedication they put into decorating the serving tables was ridiculous. The staff was also amazing, so caring and sweet- we couldn’t have asked for a better team. 100/10 recommend!!

We had the best experience with ADC. Gina was incredibly professional, helpful, and kind throughout the whole process. The food is absolutely delicious indeed!! All of our guests loved the food, and we especially loved how they were able to accommodate all of our guests' dietary needs. The serving staff was professional and friendly, and they really helped make our night memorable. We are so grateful to ADC for helping us have the perfect wedding!

Their name is the truth!! the BEST food I’ve ever had at a wedding hands down. We got so many compliments on how amazing the food was and we couldnt agree more. Also the staff and everyone we worked with from tasting to clean up was GREAT! We were so happy we chose ADC as our caterers and would definitely book them for any other event in the future!

Nidia and the whole Absolutely Delicious crew were amazing. They were so kind when I had to post-pone one year due to COVID-19 - the quality of food is excellent. My. guests couldn't stop raving about the quality of the cuts of steak used etc. Amazing, would recommend 100x!!! My wedding planner Nicolette of Chic Concepts and the McNay Art. Museum recommended Absolutely Delicious to me.

Absolutely PERFECT! We worked with Gina Salazar who was so incredibly helpful. We called and even though our wedding day was already fully booked, Absolutely Delicious Catering made an exception and was able to cater our special day. We chose them because of outstanding recommendations from friends and our venue. Throughout the planning process, Gina answered my endless questions and was extremely helpful in guiding us through our timeline and recommending portions. They also went above and beyond while coordinating our cake cutting and also our late night pizza delivery! On top of that, they lent us their cake cutting utensils and offered chargers for free. Our tasting was delicious and ADC was able to accommodate our tight schedule and let us re-try one dish. ADC also helped with the wording on our wedding menus to make sure we had it right. Top notch! On the day of our wedding, the serving staff was exceptional and were very helpful and respectful of all of our guests. Even better, they didn’t clear drinks away too soon which was a concern for us. One of the waiters even had a break dance off with the guests – big hit! The BEST part was that numerous guests told us that our food was “the best wedding food they had ever had!” We highly recommend Absolutely Delicious Catering – it was a no brainer for us and they were exceptional! We had the filet mignon, salmon with salsa, and the stuffed portobello mushrooms as our entree selections with a side of rosemary potatoes and green bean amondine. For appetizers we had the tequila shrimp brochettes, artichoke crostinis, pulled pork nachos, and empanadas. Highly recommend all of those! The three entrees were stellar and I think the top two favorite apps from our guests were the tequila shrimp brochettes and the artichoke crostinis!
