David did an amazing job for my clients charity event. The food was incredible, he was on time, detailed throughout the planning process, and delivered an amazing evening for over 150 guests. 100% recommend for any catering, events, or service needs. HE’S THE BEST IN SA!
Chef David was absolutely phenomenal for our Christmas party of 20 guests. From start to finish, he provided an impeccable dining experience that left everyone raving about the food. **Hors D’oeuvres:** The variety and quality were outstanding. The Teriyaki Chicken Skewers were perfectly tender, the Scallops were seared to perfection, and the Octopus Carpaccio was an adventurous and delicious touch. The Shrimp and Grits were rich and flavorful, while the Pasta with Mussels added a hearty, seafood option that everyone loved. **Main Course & Sides:** The Bone-In Ribeye was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The Bone-In Pork Chops, paired with a delicate apple sauce, were equally divine. The mashed potatoes were creamy, and the green beans were crisp and seasoned just right, making them the perfect accompaniments. **Desserts:** Chef David truly outdid himself here. The Crème Brûlée had the ideal creamy texture with a caramelized top that cracked beautifully. The Red Velvet Cake was moist and rich, offering a delightful end to the meal. Chef David’s attention to detail and ability to balance flavors was unmatched. He elevated our holiday party, creating a festive atmosphere and a culinary experience that none of us will forget. Chef David was very down-to-earth, approachable and accommodating our small dinner party. He helped us put together exactly what we wanted. While the lamb chops were delicious, my favorite part was the chocolate truffle cake!!!
Chef David is amazing!!! He cooked us the best meal we have ever had. The crab cakes are a must!! He was efficient, organized, and left the kitchen spotless. And he is so fun!!!!
