Strong negative experience. Made an appointment for 6:45 PM, and wasn't seen until after 11:00 PM. Appointments run so slowly in part because, though well intentioned, the owner Aura spends a lot of time chatting during each appointment. I understand families have been going here for years and have a strong trust built up, but as a new customer this feels not professional and more like a side hustle -- not what I'm looking for in my accountant.

Bad experience. My appointment was at 1:40 pm and they told me to wait around five hours because Aura , the person that filled up the taxes was busy, What kind of respect for the customer is that. One of my worst experiences ever.

Had to change my review even tho she was a little late. She did great on my taxes. Hands down the best person to go to too do you taxes. Especially if you are in New York and or Jersey. She will fight to get you everything you need. 11 out of 10. Thank you so much.

I have been with AC Plaza over 20 years, every year I look forward to meeting with our accountant and doing our taxes. Ms Castro is knowledgeable and she is always on top of any new laws and how they will impact her clients. She makes sure that as her clients we are aware of the changes dynamics of taxes and keeps us informed. I can’t recommend her services enough
