Seamless process from start to finish. Our insurance company recommended a different firm to repair our car however upon checking the reviews we decided against using that company. After a recommendation from friends and checking the reviews online we chose AC Taylor as the reviews spoke for themselves. Our communications with both Adam and Natasha were great and they kept us informed throughout, from when they would pick up the car, to when they had stripped down the car’s bodywork. Unfortunately our car was written off by the insurance company, however this was no fault of AC Taylor. They ensured that all of our personal belongings were retrieved before the car was salvaged. Could not recommend AC Taylor enough and would be more than happy to hand in a future car should I ever need to. Many thanks again Margaret and Aaron

They dealt quickly with my insurance company, arranged a courtesy car and kept me updated on the progress. My own car was immaculate when it was returned. I had an "absolutely fantastic experience" with AC Taylor Body Shop after a recent accident. From the start, Adam was highly communicative, talking me through the entire process and making my first time dealing with an incident like this much easier. I felt looked after every step of the way. The repairs to my BMW's bonnet and front bumper were absolutely perfect—you would never know the car had been in an accident. As an added bonus, the car was returned to me after a full valet; it has never been so clean! I highly, highly recommend them to all. You will be well looked after from start to finish.
