I had a very disappointing experience at Dr Tyre. I have been a customer for over 3 years, which makes this situation even more disappointing. I went in to repair a puncture caused by a nail that was clearly in the middle of the tyre. My Michelin tyres are only about a month old, yet the staff member told me the tread was almost finished, which I find very hard to believe. When I declined to change the tyre, the car was lifted and I was asked to put it in neutral. The car started moving forward, and twice it was close to rolling, which felt unsafe and highly unprofessional. When I questioned why the tyre wasn’t removed to repair the puncture, I was told they “don’t remove tyres for punctures” and was advised to go to Quick Fit instead. In the end, my time was wasted with no solution offered. The staff member was rude and dismissive. This experience does not reflect the service I’ve previously received from other workers there.

These guys are absolutely spot on. Phoned panicking because I was stranded with my daughter at the hospital after going over a pot hole. Spoke to the team advised me someone would be out within 45 minutes. Didn't even have to wait that long was only about 30 minutes and Adam was there to save the day, friendly and efficient couldn't have asked for a better service! Would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

Had hit a pothole manse brake cathcart Christmas Eve totally destroyed my tyre. Went into Dr Tyres cathcart Rd Boxing day morning, Only place open they fixed it right away good price too considering the time of year. I refitted my wheel as had to abandon car that night all good now my thanks to Dr Tyres nice guys.

I had a blow out yesterday and as with all newer cars, no spare tyre and the foam was useless. I was completely stranded. These guys organised for someone to come out asap. Granted they were busy, and I had to wait a little while but I was kept up to date by text and phonecalls. Temur was a complete gentleman, a credit to your company. He put on a brand new tyre in only 7 minutes. Not always the cheapest option but a quality repair, done professionally and back on the road quickly. Will absolutely use them again. Thank you for saving me ☺️
