Five stars aren't enough! Best garage I've ever been to. I originally went two years ago with a big engine problem, Scott explained everything to me, down to showing me in the actual engine what the issue was and how to take care of my car to avoid issues like that in the future. I haven't been to a different garage ever since, even though I moved to the other side of Glasgow and its a bit of a pain getting to the south now, I refuse to change. It's so important to find a garage that you trust, specially as a woman that knows nothing about cars. I can't recommend them enough honestly!
Scott & the team could not be more helpful. Professional, honest garage. Highly recommended. Got a quote for my MOT from another garage, £1,200 for works that actually don’t need doing at all for a pass. I won’t mention their name but as a clue it begins with H & ends in Alfords. Scott got to the bottom of it within a few hours, and advised what actually needs doing. Breath of fresh air to deal with an honest garage. 10/10
I’ve waited a month before posting this review since my repair. Had the misfortune of a disintegrating wet belt. Was diagnosed by another garage but they said they didn’t fix cars with wet belts!!! Spoke to Scott at and we got the car booked in. First thing first Scott explained that he isn’t going to go by another car garages diagnosis as it could be a less costly issue or the complete opposite. Got car towed to garage. To be honest didn’t expect the car back for a week or so but they had it back to me within 3 days, including diagnosis which confirmed wet belt. From start to finish the guys here were excellent in communication, honest about possible issues and possible costs. When I went to pick up the car again Scott took the time out to provide advice on best upkeep of car to 1) keep car running smoothly 2) reduce wear and tear on wet belt 3) best maintenance cycles for these type of cars (wet belt engines) Service was also carried out during repair… As a plus car had also been washed when I picked it up!!!!! Can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, friendly approach, advice and honesty. I can’t fault anything with this garage and breath of fresh air to find people that are bluntly honest. Fantastic.
