Due to the quality of the gutter work done, they actually reduced the amount they charged me because a lot of the work was 'done' already. The customer service was beyond my expectations. Everyone who I spoke to was so friendly and accommodating. Answered any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable in each and every interaction. Jessica was amazing. She was so kind to both me and my little one during the visit. We got along so well and she did such a great job. I would highly recommend accel for any pest extermination needs in the future. Cannot speak highly enough about them.

5 star on customer service. Ms. Jacky very nice and politely transfer me to Ms. Sharon. Ms. Sharon helped me twice. First, she sent me a quote and explained me briefly. Second time the following day, I called and asked questions. She helped me out and gave me tons of options. Very friendly staff. I scheduled an appointment with them and I will update my post for the result. Thank you ladies. Update: The appointment went well today. JC is friendly and i am amazed that he cover his shoes before coming in the house. This is important to me because I have a toddler in my house and some part of the house is carpeted! He did work well and dust the front and back of the house.. Very statisfying to watch because he knows what his doing!!!! Thank you JC and thank you Accel Pest and Termites Control!!! Wonderful service and affordable! Definitely recommend them to my friends and family!!!
