Accent Jewelers made the entire process quick and easy. Katherine and Vickie were both professional and knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable the whole time. The location is convenient and the service was straightforward with no pressure. I’ve been a few times and their exchange prices are fair and transparent. Phenomenal ownership and consistent staff, so you always know who you’re dealing with, and they make you feel like family. I appreciated their honesty and fair evaluations. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or get an appraisal. Looking forward to their upgraded space in a few months so I can stop in and treat myself! I love them I buy from them and sale and it's good fair sales prices and top dollar loans always everyone of the staff members are knowledgeable, professional, honest, and friendly. You can't find a better place to do o this type of business with. So happy to see they are expanding the ibank plaza store means more quality fine pieces. Thanks for making it easy for the customer oh and wait time longest I have taken was about 30 min start to finish and it was because the older lady I call her mama to my friends explaining the staff but she noticed my band was sized and left metal sticking out from another job at another place and she filed it down for me for free as I waited for appraisal. And they always give my son lollipops and soft mints me also again y'all rock the gems off Memphis hands down!!

I must say I'm very disappointed with my experience after it was all over my health has declined significantly and I'm currently in hospice so I got the bright idea to take some of the jewelry that my late husband and I had & break them down for our daughters and granddaughters but I was going to sell a pair of diamond earrings so that I could enjoy something for myself. I brought in 4k diamond earrings that was purchased at $18,000 sometime ago I never worn them and I had them appraised and they appraised at $16,500 so I thought if I sold it I can get a decent amount of money so one of my friends recommended that I go to accent and I'm going there I saw some pieces in the cabinet that I would consider purchasing after the sale and when he tinkered with it and seeing that they were diamond then told me to wait for his gemologist as I sat there in my wheelchair and sometime go by he came back and he said I can give you $930 all I can do is look at him and say no thank you I grabbed my earring left the store and went elsewhere and was made whole with selling them elsewhere now let's keep in mind I never even gave him the appraisal paper nonetheless let him see the price tag I just wanted to see what type of business I was dealing with and if they were going to be honest and I received my answer so here's my review good luck everyone

I recently was given the jewelry of my deceased mother in law. I bagged it up and took it to accent for appraisal. Unfortunately, two sterling silver rings and two gold rings had value. I gave the money to my husband. The rest will go to goodwill that he doesn't want. I was given a nice quote and paid well. This was better than the time I had to sell them my class rings from highschool and college to pay my rent at Colliervillage apts back in the day.
