From the minute my family and myself entered, to the second we exited the store, all we could say was “Thank you”after “Thank you”. Natasha was supreme but the entire staff made sure that we had a world class experience. I don’t want to sound exaggerated but it felt like a visit to the closest family rather than a shopping experience. Even managers and owners family came to greet my family and made us feel special. The store has a great variety of some of the best watchmakers, but also has a mind blowing collection of jewelry of all sorts. I’m sure you will find what you are looking for or they will help you find it. Forever Grateful!

I can’t say enough good things about Sissy’s Log Cabin — from the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the experience. The showroom is absolutely stunning, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home while surrounded by incredible pieces. Their watch selection is top-tier, easily one of the best I’ve seen anywhere in the region. Sean deserves a huge shoutout for going above and beyond to help me find the perfect watch for my next purchase. He took his time walking me through different models, explaining the details, and never once made the process feel rushed. His professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm made the experience exceptional — he clearly takes pride in what he does. Meanwhile, Marrisa was fantastic assisting my girlfriend with women’s jewelry. She was so patient and attentive, showing her a piece that fit her taste perfectly. The two of them made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. Overall, it was an amazing visit from start to finish. Lisa and Tony created this custom 3.24 carat natural diamond and platinum ring. The diamonds are top quality, the ring has intricate platinum scroll work, and it actually sparkles in the dark! We walked in with no idea where to start but was patiently guided through the custom jewelry process. It included a 3D computer model and even a wax replica of the ring to ensure that it was perfect. Thank you!

The sales associate, Holly, was so helpful and friendly, she made me feel at home. When we first brought my engagement ring and wedding band in to have it remade after 30 years of wear and other "jewelers" messing up repairs, I felt confident that Sissy's would do it right. We also stated we wanted to create our version of a "Toi et Moi" ring for our 30 years of marriage. Holly and the other staff members listened to our multiple edits until we felt it was what we liked. They were so willing to pull a ring from one cabinet or another so I could get my point/vision across. From the time we said, "this is the design we wanted" it took about a month and a half, but it was a small window for something I want to wear for 30 more years of marriage. My husband's family love shopping at Sissy's too.
