I have been a customer of Acceptance for several years. They always try to get me the best prices for the coverages that I need. I want to give a special shout out to Joann Villa who took the time to help me change from one insurance(prices had increased greatly) to another insurance company with the same type of coverage for a much better price. She took great care of me and always double checked to make sure she had all the correct information. She kept in constant contact with me as she was filling all paper work in. She was always kind, patient and returned my calls or messages. Highly recommend her for your insurance needs and Acceptance for your insurance needs.
