I absolutely recommend Dr. Sharon Lark - she is wonderful. My neck and back were stiff from sitting at my desk all day. She has been loosening up my spine, introducing mobility and taking away the pain. She offers tips and exercises to perform at home. Her office staff (Rachel and Mai) are friendly and always very helpful. Dr. Lark is knowledgeable about the body and how to tare for it in a holistic way.
