Accounting Accuracy LLC, specially Donnie Oliver provide my Wife and I excellent tax preparations services. During our meeting with Mr. Oliver, he discovered a major mistake from a previous tax preparer that could have resulted in major fees and repayments. After this discovery, Mr. Oliver immediately started a plan of action to resolve this issue. He worked diligently to resolve this major mistake by another tax preparer and allowed my Wife and I to be at ease as he worked his plan. We Thank Mr. Oliver for his time and expertise during that long process and we highly recommend Mr. Oliver, of Accounting Accuracy for all tax and bookkeeping services.

We had a weird error on our 2022 taxes that needed to be fixed for us to be in good standing for the following years. Donnie and Kim made themselves overly available to fix the error, while also providing resources to help us get 2023 taxes together. If using the services with Accounting Accuracy, I would recommend taking them up on bookkeeping and tax preparation, as having these things integrated can prevent the issues common to shopping around without locking in on a trusted provider. I believe these connected services also make it much quicker to expedite solutions when errors are found.

Reached out to Accounting Accuracy for help with business formation, payroll, and benefits setup. Donnie was prompt at responding to my inquiry, very effective at getting the needed information and quick to set everything up. The entire process was seamless and stress free. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions as they came up and was extremely patient with me. I would highly recommend their services. They have been doing my bookkeeping and taxes since I started my business, for 8 years! Donnie & his staff are very professional and courteous. Donnie & Kim have truly been like extended staff and practically family. They always respond quickly and help me with anything I need for my business, real estate ventures, loan closings, etc. I don’t know what I would have done without them when I first started my business, they were instrumental in helping me and have continued their support over the years.
