Had a phone consultation and no call at 830am. I called at 840 to no answer, called again at 9 to find the number they had was wrong however the called me on the correct number to schedule to consultation. Called back to tell me there would be a $135 charge to reschedule since I did not meet the original consult. I'm not sure how these people do business but if they charge a potential customer for an issue that was clearly on their end to begin with I definitely dont want to do business with anyone like this and they did come recommend by another client as the client was there for all the call and couldn't believe what he had just heard on speaker phone.

Chris and his team have been handling my personal taxes since 2009. I really like how their online portal makes it easy to move through the entire process virtually. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have been using Chris for about 4 years and I'm bringing a new business partner to him as a new client. He has saved us a lot of money and headache navigating the (overcomplicated) tax code. Chris, I hope this nice review makes up for my endless questions =)

I have been meeting with Chris and receiving his guidance for almost 5 years now. As a small business owner, never once have I felt uneasy about how my finances were being handled because of the wisdom behind his service in addition to the incredible teacher that he his. I moved away from Virginia this year an insisted that we continue to work together from my new home in North Carolina. I do not have enough good to say about Mr. O'Keeffe. I am forever grateful.

O'Keeffe & Associates, CPA in downtown Richmond have been preparing my taxes for nearly 10 years. Chris is very personable and puts me at ease during what can be a very stressful time (Tax preparation). Over the years I have learned how to come to our meetings prepared and with the proper documentation to get the meeting completed with minimum stress or "homework". I have been more than satisfied with the work product and advice provided by Chris and his team over the years. They have taken steps throughout the year to streamline the process and help me be a more prepared client when we have our meeting. How anyone could give less than 5 Stars shocks me. I personally have never had anything less than SUPERIOR Customer Service and Satisfaction. Anne
