I drive a lot, which means I end up with plenty of chips and cracks in my windshield. Robert and the team at Ace Discount Glass have replaced the windshield on my vehicles multiple times over the past four years, and every experience has been excellent. They’re always quick, professional, and the quality of their work is consistently perfect. Everyone there is incredibly kind and helpful. I rarely write reviews, but Auto Glass Solutions truly deserved this one. I needed a front windshield replacement and only had a 3–4 hour timeframe. They set honest, clear expectations and immediately got to work the moment I arrived. They finished over an hour ahead of schedule, and the quality of the work was exceptional. I genuinely felt cared for—like they were looking out for me, not just doing a job. With all the options in Austin, I’m grateful I chose them. Highly recommend.

Extremely quick, accommodating and kind! I called them about an issue I had with my window and they diagnosed and fixed it within an hour. I can’t say that will be the case for everyone but I was extremely pleased with my service and would recommend to anyone needing an issue with their glass/window repaired :-)

We hired Ace Discount to replace window panes for residential house as an alternative to replacing all the windows and frames which was prohibitively expensive. We had foggy windows after 2 years. They replaced all the glass with low E clear glass that look great. They were fast and professional at a fraction of the cost of Pella or Marvin windows. Highly recommend them for glass replacement.

Excellent service. I had my rear window smashed on 01/24–and submitted a request for a quote that evening. Got a call this morning 01/25 that they could get me in same day and replace the window. They were quick (only took about an hour) and incredibly kind. Out of the three auto glass repair shops I contacted, they were the most affordable. While I certainly hope I don’t have this issue again, if I did I would go back here. If you’re looking for fast, dependable, and affordable service—these are your guys. They also vacuumed up the left over glass bits I missed on the seat/floorboard. Thanks for all the help! 10/10 recommend y’all.
