Johnny Lopez with PRIDE Tucson came to our home for 6 month follow up. He explained that ACE of PHX had purchased Pride of Tucson which was helpful info. Based on today’s service for our heating system I highly recommend this company. Johnny was informative, honest, courteous and efficient! There was no charge based upon annual maintenance service contract. Five star performance!

Technician Mr. Lucas Jimenez came out today for a service visit today to our home. I had seen a flyer at Home Depot for this service. Mr. Jimenez was extremely professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I appreciate his willingness to educate me about my entire system, it's components, and how to keep it running efficient and effective. He completed the service in a timely manner, and explained some enhancements that could potentially help with the life span of our system. I would highly recommend Mr. Jimenez as a technician to anyone who is interested in this service. Thank you for your time, and it was a pleasure to meet you today!

For Jason, Jorge, Luis and Kaitlyn, and Brian, THANK YOU!!! Ace Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical called on Friday, December 5th, met with Jason to discuss and get a quote/estimate and on Monday, December 8th, Jorge, Luis, and Kaitlyn came out and - New Furnace was installed, the Old Furnace taken away - very professional, very communicative, and am very pleased, appreciative, and satisfied. Highly Recommend Ace!! I tried to do a separate review for each person. I hope ALL OF THESE FANTASTIC EMPLOYEES KNOW they are valuable assets to Ace Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical. Also, Brian followed up with a phone call to make sure all services were completed and I was satisfied. Great Customer Service!! Will definitely work with them on all my household needs!

Steve and Kaitlyn just installed our 30 amp travel trailer service. They were great. I appreciate that they took the time to explain everything they were going to do beforehand. Half way through the project they took the time to go over their progress and when they were finished they went over every detail of what they had completed. Both Steve and Kaitlyn are very professional, knowledgeable and patient. I asked a lot of questions. Great job!! I would highly recommend Steve and Kaitlyn.

Oscar Aguirre just serviced my cooling furnace system, as always he did a great job, he is very professional, and courteous technician it is a real pleasure to have him as a technician, also the people at the office are very pleasant to deal with.
