We called for a plumbing repair today, and specifically asked for a call when someone was on their way. We called back hours later to check the status, as we had heard nothing, and the gal that answered the phone told us the tech tried to call and there was no answer but someone on site let them in and the repair had been handled. We asked where? They repeated our PO Box address (the mailing address we had on file) to us and sent an invoice for work that was never performed. I couldn’t make this up if I tried. Now apparently they are “sending a tech right away.” The gal who answered the phone sounded like she was either dead asleep or high. I am very disappointed with the way the admin is being handled and will update my review if they remedy. If not I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Fast, easy, and less expensive than the competition. Their customer service was great. Roto rooter wanted 500 - 700 dollars and schedule a future date for my complaint. Day and Night said they'd be there in an hour. Mike the technician called me with updates when he was en route and when we could expect him. Not only did Mike come out same day, we solved the issue, and while I had him there, he helped me install a spigot for an added fee, obviously but was inexpensive. Which was fine by me. Mike gave sound advice and the bill was reasonable, Im in the east mountains so there is a travel fee, which is to be expected. This is how you gain future customers. I will be calling again when I have a plumbing problem.

Had a 2500 Gallon cistern tank and pump installed at my house and these guys did an amazing job. Angel, Donovan, Jacob, and Alex did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing or HVAC needs.

We had a leak that started in our master shower, but it was actually coming from the kitchen. Angel and Jacob were awesome! They found and repaired the leak. And almost unheard of, they thoroughly cleaned the floors, the kitchen countertops, and the bath/shower, and they removed all of the debris. They were very professional, friendly, and highly competent. We live in an apartment, so the cost was covered by the complex. I would hire Day and Night Plumbing in a heartbeat! Great job guys, thank you!!!

I had an excellent experience with Diana, Marie, and Michelle. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. Diana was very knowledgeable and helpful, Marie paid close attention to details and made sure everything was exactly right, and Michelle made the whole process smooth with her warm and approachable attitude. It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care the way they do.
