My experience with ALEX a locksmith professional from ACE LOCKSMITH SF actually wasn’t my first choice for the project ahead of him…another company reached out first and I decided to go with the other company…then a second call came in and I was speaking with ALEX of ACE LOCKSMITH SF. So here is a learning experience for everyone who reads this review (pay attention)…I mentioned to Alex that I had already hired someone who was going to do the work…being a professional Alex asked me what the competition quoted me, I answered, let me tell you, Alex beat the competitor’s price thus he won me over and I hired Alex. He gave me his ETA give or take 10 minutes. Alex called me back to tell me he was running late said he was going to be here in 10 minutes before you knew it Alex was calling me on my mobile number and he didn’t disturb the entire household (smart move Alex)…I showed Alex the bedroom door knob that was locked (by accident) because I was in a hurry my entire set of keys but more importantly my two Senior Chihuahuas (rescued from Muttville) were sleeping in my locked bedroom. What was so amazing about Alex…was how speedy his work was and I asked him how can I get one of those devices that he used on the bedroom door knob’s lock (I was kidding him of course)he mentioned that the tool he used are for the professional trade which I totally understood (sorry kids not for us common folk)…when it came to pay for Alex’s excellent service I used my debit card and the cost including “the tip” was a few dollars more than the quoted estimate from the competitor. So the moral to this review is don’t always go with the first estimate/quote for a service performed and ALWAYS…Tip your professional…I highly recommend Alex of ACE LOCKSMITH SF! p.s. my professional is “Eye-Candy”!

I highly recommend ACE Locksmith SF. I locked myself out of one of the bedrooms and could not get the door to open. After multiple tries, I called ACE SF and got connected to Alex. Alex was very kind, calm, and helpful! He was able to answer my call, get to my location, and support me with unlocking my door in a timely manner. He is amazing! If you find yourself in a similar situation, I’d highly recommend Alex from Ace Locksmith!

Alex The locksmith was great he made 2 keys for my Toyota 4Runner which I lost the keys to at my work in Marin county 5 starts , great price super professional and got here on emergency on Friday night thank you
