Air Flow Pros is my new go-to for furnace/heating issues. Our heater went out the night of December 23, so I called them Christmas Eve morning, having tried three other places first. I explained the situation to the dispatcher and Jose called me within half an hour to say he was on his way. Arrived promptly, investigated the situation, talking me through everything as he went, and had the problem resolved quickly, leaving me with helpful suggestions. Very reasonable price that was well worth it. They will be my first call from now on.

AirFloPros did an excellent job of upgrading our HVAC to include a new Trane furnace, air conditioning upstairs and mini splits in our basement rooms. Jose Sandoval crafted a customized solution to limited space for a compressor. His crew was neat, polite and efficient.

From estimate to scheduling to work and payment, everything went smoothly. Jose communicated regularly and kept me up to date on the progress of the project (replacement of all our furnace ducts). I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Air Flow Pros.

Jose did a very thorough job cleaning our furnaces and explaining potential future needs of the units. The person issuing the bill for Air Flow (via email) may have omitted an explanation so we were initially confused, but Jose called me on the phone to explain all aspects of the servicing in detail, and added a 10% discount. I admire and appreciate honest people, and Jose earns our respect as he went the extra mile to add a personal touch of sincerity...and for that he gets full thumbs up, 10 out of 10. Thank you.
