I always come to this nail salon and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and super welcoming, and the whole team is incredibly kind and professional. They are so detailed with every design and always make sure my nails look perfect. The quality lasts for weeks without chipping, and I always leave feeling confident and happy with the result. What I love most is how they really listen to what you want and take their time to get it right. You can tell they truly care about their clients and their work.

The place was okay but few things I would point out. First as you can see on my nails the color is not covering the full nails and are a bit uneven. She built the nails good but painting them was a bit disappointing. Also I got my eyelashes done (refill) I got no questions about how I wanted them done and after she finished she didn’t even show me in the mirror. Other staff were friendly but this girl I found a bit unfriendly and not really customer service oriented. Also now when I’m looking at my lashes you can see a lot of glue there etc..

I never leave reviews but this was really bad. The skin around my nails (not my cuticles) were filed carelessly with a machine so now the skin is frayed and looks terrible. It was $95 for gel with basic nail art and the two girls were obviously gossiping/making snarky comments in front of customers.

Overall very disappointed with my experience- the technician who did my nails cut my pinky nail and then was very dismissive when I told her my thumbnail hurt while she was filing it. There was absolutely no apology given, just silence. Additionally, she did not file under my nails after putting on the gel so it’s quite thick underneath. I don’t like leaving negative reviews and I wanted to give them a chance to correct it, so I mentioned it to reception after my appointment who said there was nothing they could offer me besides a cash discount (which I would have already gotten as I was already going to pay with cash). Again, I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I gave them a chance to rectify it and nothing was done

Been going to Ace Nails and Beauty consistently for two years now and am always pleased with the quality of service. I always get compliments on my nails and have recommended them to all my friends. The booking system is easy to use and they have a wide variety of gems and charms for nail art. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is evident in every service and I have yet to show them a design that they’re unable to execute perfectly. I always get designs ranging from chrome, cat eye, encapsulated shells, 3D elements and hand drawn art and I’m always happy with the final result! EDIT: After a disappointing subpar experience I have spoken to the business privately and although I was given a voucher for my next visit, I can’t in good faith keep my previous 5 star review.
