Excellent deep tissue massage with stretching and pressure point relief. The front staff are helpful and offer tea on arrival as you wait for your masseuse. They had great technique and I feel much lighter around my neck and shoulders which I often experience tightness and fatigue from. Will be incorporating this more into my recovery 🙏

I had a 90 min Reflexology session which was absolutely amazing. Starting with beautiful tea, a foot soak & scrub, the reflexology & a neck and shoulder massage. The therapist was very good. The environment was peaceful and ambient. Highly recommend.

Great service and relaxing atmosphere - we had foot massage and it was so relaxing. Yoko and Lita were excellent and ensured we are happy with the level of pressure they applied.

I feel very relaxed after leaving here, like a cloud walking around. I got the 30 min oil massage and I asked my masseuse If she could focus on my forehead tension. She focused the massage mostly on the head area while still having lots of attention to my back and shoulders/neck which was a perfect split. I haven’t had a thai massage before and I loved it. Best massage I have ever had. The pressure was strong and very focused, but she made sure to remind me I can tell her to be softer or harder if it wasnt comfortable (which I didnt need to do). The specialists here know what they are doing and are very skilled. You will feel very blissfull after. And my tension was mostly resolved which was my main focus so I am happy.

The BEST massage place in Sydney, have been going here for a few years and cannot fault them. Receptionist are so accommodating, the place is peaceful and the masseuses are just perfect. 🤩 struggling with back and shoulder pain - the knots and pains are relieved in a very professional, precise and calming way. Grand Royal Thai massage is a really beautiful and tranquil part of the crazy busy CBD. Must visit! 😍
