Amazing people work here. We have now had around 6 hours of ski lessons here mostly 121. The instructors and staff are all fantastic. One in particular, Mark is the nicest guy you could ever meet, also really knows how to teach people how to ski and help even the least confident people do well. We have always left better at Ski'ing than when we arrived and with a massive smiles on our faces. Thanks Mark & Team! We will be back soon.

You wouldn't believe this place is in the middle of Birmingham. One minute you're stuck in traffic, the next you're flying down a zip wire or paddling a kayak! We did the tubing for a birthday party and it was hilarious—great fun for adults too. The instructors are fantastic, really patient and clearly love what they do. It’s a bit rough around the edges in places, but that just adds to the 'adventure' feel. Great value, free parking, and a proper workout. Just wear old clothes because the mud and the matting are unforgiving!

My daughter went to a ski and tubing session with a youth group. The staff were excellent and led the sessions with good humour. The instruction and equipment were very good and she had a great time. Recommended

We had a stag do at Ackers on Saturday 11th October 2025, Dan was our host and what a fantastic host he was. We cannot fault him, he was absolutely brilliant. We all had the best time and Dan played a huge part in making sure everything ran smoothly, and the fact that we all had an incredibly fun and funny few hours. Would highly recommend and we will most probably return in the future for sure. Thank you 😊
