I recently moved home and needed to find a new dog walker. Having used the same one for the last 3 years I was a bit worried but I've been so pleased with Graham. Friendly, professional and my dog Mitch absolutely adores him. As soon as the buzzer rings, Mitch is so excited for his walk and I'm relieved I've found someone trustworthy to look after him during the walks. Highly recommended 😁
It is Ethel, our 8 year old Springador, who should be writing this review. That said if her patient wait by the front door on a weekday lunchtime is anything to go by, it's a vital and enjoyable part of her daily routine; an opportunity to catch up with her canine pals and share the news as to what's been happening at home. For my part, the expert eye of Graham captures the relaxed goings among the dogs with his daily photo...how does he get them all to smile for (or at least look at) the iPhone at the same time? A huge thank you for Graham's calm, caring professionalism.
My dog had a lovely bond with Graham. We have had to leave Birmingham for a period of time, but hopefully we'll be back and Graham is the first person I'd trust with Poppy. I've never seen him with more than four dogs (usually two or three) and it's only ever one big dog and some little ones. Your dog will be in safe, responsible hands with Graham.
We love Graham at Rainbow Paws! Graham visits Mario weekly, always on time and with a bright smile for our pooch. He's been very responsive to any behaviour concerns with our dog, suggesting the right groups for him and reporting back on any progress or set backs. He is always in touch and sends us photo updates even on short walks and gives thoughtful Christmas treats. Mario is over the moon when Graham is at the door!
As soon as we met Graham at Rainbow Paws, we knew he was the right dog walker for our sassy little diva. Our pooch came with a whole list of requirements (including an anxious dog mum...) but nothing was too much trouble for Graham - he fulfils everything with total professionalism. He is flexible, adaptable and highly communicative; we love receiving photos of her daily walks too! We trust him completely with our beautiful pooch and we know he loves her, just like we do. Along with the usual dog walking arrangements, our little fur ball appears to have picked up some fantastic obedience habits too - testament to Graham’s consistency and knowledge of positive doggy behaviour. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Rainbow Paws - an extension of our family and the reliable, professional, dog walker we needed, to be able to leave our pooch confidently, in safe hands.
