The shop was dirty. Tissues and lots of unswept hair on floor, walls, hair on photo of marilyn monroe. I was on time but waited 10 minutes and felt guilty expecting the barber to sweep up the previous clients hair before I sat down. I wanted to leave after I walked in and just sat there waiting and looking at hair on the floor, but then I saw they have a $50 aka 100% cancellation fee. Decent haircut but gross shop will not be back. Update: My barber texted me (?) and denied everything I said. He said "hair on the floor during and immediately after a service is expected" ... there was a tissue and clumps of hair in the middle of the room, not close to *anyone's* station. There was hair *on the walls* there was hair *on framed art" there was hair on back of this other poor customer's sweater when he stood up from his haircut but I felt awkward pointing it out. I cannot believe this barber texted me in full denial. Tabatha would have a FIELD DAY with this NASTY shop.
