I’ve gotten haircuts by Mikayla and Amy here and absolutely loved their work. But I got my hair colored by Alexis last year and she completely damaged my hair. My cut was also uneven at the ends and not the style I asked for. I paid $140 for the cut alone which was ridiculously overpriced for her lack of experience and results delivered but that’s my fault for not doing my research before. The website says $70 so knowing I paid doubled the price for these results is wild. Learned my lesson though. Highly recommend going to Mikayla for a cut who is also on the pricier side but her talent and years of experience actually back it up. Amy also knows Asian styles really well! I did ebentually go back for a color correction with Cas who is newer to the salon and I can definitely say she’s the one to go to at Treehouse if you want amazing color. Bless her for being able to fix my hair 💛 Aside from the damage to my hair, the salon is a cute space and centrally located. Also has a cute doggie!

I followed Amy from W Seattle to the Treehouse salon. After being in Seattle for 3 years, and after seeing 3 other stylists, I'm so glad I found Amy! She is by far the best for me. I have a lot of not quite curly but wavy hair and she is only one who's cuts feel worth the money. She is a fantastic hair artist, gives great color suggestions, and has great customer service as well. Especially if you live close, give Amy a try - You won't be disappointed!

I’ve been seeing Mikayla for about two years and she’s definitely one of my favorites. She always gives me the best long shag. We've experimented with several different colors that all turned out beautiful. She truly cares and tries to understand my needs even when I can't articulate them well. The vibes in her studio are warm and funky. I love visiting Mikayla because we have the best conversations. I always leave feeling prettier and like my hair is living its best life. Highly, highly recommend.

I had an appointment with Alexis today and had a great experience! She is so knowledgeable and I learned a lot about my hair type and how to style it. I love that she guides you through the steps and products she uses and really makes sure you’re comfortable with the decisions she’s making on your hair. Every choice from the consultation, wash, cut, and styling is extremely thorough and detailed. Alexis is also super friendly and the whole experience was so fun and comfortable, I’m looking forward to rebooking:)

I think I’ve found my new favorite/go-to hairstylist!!! I haven’t gotten a salon haircut in years because I’ve just always feared getting a bad haircut. I chatted with Alexis about the specific style I wanted and expressed my fear from past bad haircut experiences. Alexis was very sweet and friendly! She made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. She asked about my usual hair care and styling routines and made sure that she provided me with some tips and tricks that I can do at home. Alexis talked me through the entire process—from the wash, to the blow-drying and the styling. About the haircut: I’m in love!!!! I’ve always wanted this type of layers. This has to be my favorite haircut ever!!!! I couldn’t stop smiling after the cut was all finished. I cannot recommend Alexis enough! The salon was super cute, clean, had plenty of sunlight coming in, and overall very aesthetically pleasing. They have big windows and greenery all around the salon. The other hairstylists were also nice and welcoming. Oh and they have a cute little dog.
