Extremely satisfied with this company. We requested an estimate online and shortly after your request was sent, the company reached back immediately and we were able to make an appointment for the same day. What we liked the most is that they were able to provide us with a portfolio of their company and product that they used. We were able to view what type of material were used. The portfolio also included details of their guarantees. It was really professional done and left us with an insurance that this company knew what they were doing. We were able to sign our contract online which saved us some time. Once the work began, we found that their crew were really quiet when working and they kept their work area clean and safe. I also liked that they do accept different methods of payments such as e-transfer. I highly recommend this company, Thank you for the excellent work that you did and the professionalism that you have shown us.

After deciding to get our roof redone, I sought quotes from several roofing companies in Orleans. Brayden and Acres Roofing immediately stood out with their exceptional responsiveness and attention to detail. Unlike others who required constant follow-up even missing appointments or ignoring communications—Brayden's promptness was a breath of fresh air. Brayden's quote was not only reasonable but also backed by glowing reviews and the best warranty, making our decision to hire him one of the best we've made. Throughout the project, Brayden was collaborative, punctual, and remarkably detail-oriented, ensuring amazing results. He truly exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of his work. I highly recommend Brayden and his team, you won't be disappointed!

Brayden did a great job repairing my roof. He did an inspection using a drone and showed me the pictures of the damage. He then gave me an estimate and upon approval started and completed the work right away. Upon completion he sent me pictures of the work done. It was thorough and he explained everything clearly. He was extremely pleasant to deal with. I would recommend him for any roofing work you need done.

We recently had our roof replaced by Acres Roofing in Orleans, ON, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. When we were comparing quotes, it wasn’t just about the price. What really set Acres Roofing apart was how they took the time to clearly explain the entire roofing system and the process in a way that was easy to understand. That level of transparency and professionalism gave us confidence right away. They're GAF-certified and installed the GAF Weather Stopper System, which comes with a 50-year non-prorated warranty, one of the best warranties you can get. They also back their work with a solid workmanship warranty which adds even more peace of mind. The team was professional, respectful, and kept us updated throughout the project. The cleanup was extremely thorough, and they even came back a second time, without us asking, just to make sure nothing was missed. If you’re looking for a reliable, local roofing company in Ottawa, we highly recommend Acres Roofing for their quality, communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
