We are thoroughly impressed with our new roof. From beginning to end, the process was both professional and quick. Tyler was excellent in making sure we understood all the work that had to be done, and a huge thank you to Liam, Dave, and Boston for getting the job done beautifully. They were all so kind and patient (even giving my dog Oreo some attention!) and they left the surrounding work area cleaner than when they arrived. The attention to detail was incredible, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their roof. Thank you guys!

Owner-operator Tyler Lusignan provided excellent customer service and solid advice, and the pricing was on target. A-1 communications. Tyler and his skilled, hardworking team finished in two, very long days. Clean up was exceptional. Highly recommend.

Being a former contractor, I know what I look for and with these folks, I found it all. Reliable, detail orientated and well run. You hear the comments amongst the team, appreciate the knowledge and see how clean a site is left daily. When a surprise came up in my siding replacement job, they explained how they would deal with it. When the time came for settling up, the additional cost was reasonable. Not only would I recommend this company to anyone, I am bringing them back for a separate job.

If I could give Parliament Contracting 10 stars, I would! They went above and beyond our expectations from start to finish. What set them apart from other companies was their attention to detail right from the quoting stage — they actually came out to our home to properly assess the siding before providing a quote, something no one else did. That gave us so much confidence that they cared about doing the job right. Their communication was clear, professional, and incredibly responsive. Every question we had was answered promptly, and they were patient and flexible when we decided to add more work than originally quoted. Another reason we chose them is because they check all the boxes when it comes to trust and professionalism — fully insured, WSIB coverage, Better Business Bureau accredited, and a strong portfolio of positive references and reviews. That peace of mind really mattered to us. The crew itself was fantastic: friendly, respectful, and family-friendly (no swearing on site, which we appreciated with kids around). They worked with great care, kept the site tidy, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The workmanship speaks for itself — quality materials, climate-appropriate methods for Ontario weather, and a passion for ensuring the siding will last 50+ years. Their careful attention to detail shows in every part of the finished project. Overall, Parliament Contracting combines professionalism, experience (10+ years), and genuine respect for their clients. Solid five stars. We recently had our old roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, communication with the company was prompt, clear, and friendly. Every detail was thoroughly explained, so we always knew what to expect. The pricing was very fair, especially given the high quality of the work. The crew did an excellent job, and their attention to detail really showed—not just in the roofing itself, but also in the clean-up, which was meticulous. It's clear they take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family!
